We like to give something back
At Qualily, we are proud of what we do. And we like to share that. With the community, the sector, and the next generation. We support local associations and charities, either as a sponsor or on the board. Every year during Neighbors’ Day, we open our doors to anyone who wants to see what happens behind the glass. We want everyone to get excited about horticulture, as so much beauty is created in the greenhouses!
We are also active within the sector: Raymond is chairman of Love for Lily and is on the board of FPC Lily, Ruud is involved with De Vlot water purification, and our young colleagues Bart and Twan are active at Horticulture Youth Westland. Additionally, we share knowledge through study clubs and are a partner of FloralFundamentals, where growers and arrangers strengthen each other.

At Qualily, it’s all about people. We have a close-knit team of permanent and flexible colleagues who work with pleasure every day to cultivate the most beautiful lilies. There is a pleasant atmosphere on the work floor, with respect for each other and good working conditions.
Like many colleague growers, we work with migrant workers. We ensure that they feel welcome and appreciated, both on the work floor and beyond. For good housing, we have four former growers’ homes available, close to our greenhouses.
Additionally, we find it important to pass on knowledge. As an SBB-recognized training company, we enjoy guiding young people who want to learn the trade.
