By doing so, the two lily producers will combine their craftsmanship, experience and innovative strength within one organisation, while continuing with two strong brands: Qualily and Double Check Lily. This will result in a flexible, future-ready organisation, serving customers with a broad range of lilies of trusted quality.
A letter of intent outlining the main principles has recently been signed. Over the coming months, both parties will build on this together, based on mutual trust and with careful attention to the detailed implementation. For Qualily, the intended acquisition of Double Check Lily represents a further strengthening of both its product offering and its organisation. At the same time, the unique character and strengths of Double Check Lily will be preserved. Continuity, stability and trust remain central for customers, suppliers and employees alike.
